Litigation Associate – Dallas, Texas

Thompson & Horton LLP seeks an associate with four to six years of litigation experience. A litigator with a civil rights or employment background, including experience with 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Title VI, Title IX, Title VII, the ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and Texas Labor Code Chapter 21 is strongly desired. Experience in representing public entities, including school districts, community colleges or institutions of higher education is preferred. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and be highly motivated.
