About Josh Fuller

Legal Assistant: Imani Coleman | 469-421-6618 | icoleman@thompsonhorton.com

A born-and-raised Dallasite, Josh is proud to represent many school districts and other educational institutions in and around his hometown.

Josh brings a diverse and well-rounded litigation background to Thompson & Horton, giving him a unique perspective to better serve the firm’s clients. Josh formerly practiced in the areas of construction and insurance coverage litigation, representing clients in complex legal disputes throughout Texas’s state and federal courts. Before his admission to the Texas bar, Josh attended SMU’s Dedman School of Law. During law school he served as an editor on the SMU Law Review, represented low-income clients as a student attorney in the school’s Civil Clinic, and completed an externship with Judge Brenda Rhoades of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Understanding the importance of giving back to the community in which he grew up, Josh has dedicated his time to coaching the varsity mock trial team at his high school alma mater, J.J. Pearce High School. Outside the office, you are likely to find Josh cheering on his favorite sports teams (Longhorns, Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, and Stars), enjoying a Broadway musical, or spending time with friends and family.
