She attended a Texas private school for law school. Her children are also matriculating through the Texas education system. Keisha is humbled to provide legal assistance to Texas public and private educational institutions.
Keisha is an ardent litigation advocate and excited to utilize her skillset to defend public school districts, community colleges, and other governmental and entities in a wide range of employment, civil rights, commercial, and governance matters in Texas state and federal courts. For the past five years, Keisha’s practice focused on defending private entities in civil litigation matters in trial and appellate courts. Keisha graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law where she served as a Staff Editor on the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. As a law student, she created a program that brought minority high school students to SMU’s law school campus to experience a day as a law student as an effort to address the diversity pipeline issue within the legal profession.
