Prior to joining T&H, Lindsay worked as a senior civil rights attorney with the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Her work at OCR involved investigating civil rights complaints against educational institutions and providing training on relevant civil rights laws, including Title IX. Lindsay is also an experienced litigator with a background in civil rights law and defense of governmental clients; she has represented her clients through the litigation process and through appeals in both state and trial courts.
